  3.     CONVICTED. Mohammed Abu Talb, 35, a Palestinian suspected in
  4. the December 1988 Pan Am Flight 103 explosion over Lockerbie,
  5. Scotland, which killed 270 people; of bombing a synagogue and
  6. airline offices in Copenhagen and Amsterdam; in Uppsala, Sweden.
  7. Abu Talb received a life term for the Amsterdam and Copenhagen
  8. bombings. Last month police seized clothing from Abu Talb's Uppsala
  9. home that may connect him to garment fragments found at Lockerbie
  10. and in Malta, where, according to one theory, the Flight 103 bomb
  11. was prepared.
